Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping in the US- all orders will be shipped USPS Priority  and will have tracking info provided where available. I currently have the following shipping tiers available:

Damaged or lost orders will only be considered for a refund if a shipping option with insurance is selected and refunds are further dependent on USPS compliance.  If you would like additional shipping options (such as expedited shipping or a different carrier) you can email me directly at kristina@kristinacarrollart.com immediately after your purchase to coordinate additional shipping options and fees.

Shipping International- all orders will be shipped USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International.

  Tracking and Insurance are only available with the Priority Mail option and limited to major destinations. Shipping Times -  Once your package ships I will send you a notification email. Please keep in mind that this is a one-woman business and as such, shipping responses may vary. Usually it takes less than 5 business days to ship but can occasionally take longer. Most US customers receive their orders within 10 days from the purchase date. International Customers' shipping times can vary from 10 days to 30 days from date of purchase. 

My patrons are important to me and I will always strive to fairly resolve any complications with orders. However, because of the unique nature of selling original art as an individual, I unfortunately cannot guarantee refunds/replacements in all instances.  Only items that are shipped with the extra insurance purchased will be considered for a refund if damaged or lost. Refunds for returned items will be accepted dependent on the condition of the returned art and customers will be liable for all shipping costs.   Orders Cancelled before shipping may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees already incurred.
